This company is great! Alex offered excellent customer service. We're in the Portland metro area and we were unable to... locate local service for our grand baby's Snoo. I reached out to Rent Baby Tech and they offered great shipping rates. The shipping was quick, easy and reasonable! We packed up the Snoo and sent it off! Alex kept us posted all along the way, even sending photos. We purchased the cleaning, o-ring replacement, and net whitening and couldn't be happier. The Snoo returned looking brand new! And now we have peace of mind knowing that it's in tip top shape. Ten out of ten. Don't hesitate to use this service outside of the L.A. area it's so worth it!read more

We rented one of... their Snoos for 6 months and it was delivered in impeccable condition, you could never tell it was refurbished. Our baby was having issues sleeping in his bassinet, so during one sleepless night, we reached out to Alex at Rent Baby... Tech. He responded immediately and said he'd find a way to get us a Snoo the next day.
