How Does Rental Work?
The process of renting equipment couldn’t be easier. Learn more about simple 5 steps process below or reach out to one of our experts in our chat.
1Reserve
Reserve as many products as you need for as long as you need them. Payment is not required until delivery day.
2Confirm
Within 48 hours of your reservation a RBT team member will reach out to confirm delivery or pickup details.
3Delivery
On delivery day the RBT logistics team will reach out to provide a specific ETA and driver contact information.
4Support
The Rental Portal allows you to eSign your agreement, pay for your rental, chat with support, or browse our knowledge base.
5Return
Returns are easy! Fill out the request form in the Rental Portal and an RBT team member will get you scheduled.
